Don't get fooled by his large, innocent eyes and boyish face, Shahid Kapur is one Bollywood actor who has managed to attract a lot of ladies. Here are a few.

The first lady Shahid was paired opposite was Hrishita Bhatt. The two acted alongside one another in a music video for the band Aryans in the song Aankhon main tera hi chehra. It is said that Hrishita and Shahid dated for a while after the video.

Shahid's most famous affair so far was with Kareena Kapoor. The two met on the sets of Fida and instantly hit it off. They've done a number of films together and were a couple for three years, till Kareena started finding Saif Ali Khan a bit more interesting.

Shahid's friendship with Vidya Balan around the time of Kismat Konnection was also rumoured to have a romantic tinge. However, both actors denied this.

In the period after breaking up with Kareena Kapoor, Shahid was also romantically linked with Sania Mirza, but neither confirmed the relationship.

There are also rumours that Shahid shared some intimacy with his first ever Bollywood co-star Amrita Rao. They've worked together in films like Ishq Vishk and Vivah, and it was speculated that they were together soon after Shahid broke up with Kareena. In fact, some people even blamed the break up on Amrita.

The biggest shock of it all was when Shahid was seen spending time Rozza Catalano, Saif Ali Khan's ex-girlfriend. And what or who they must have spoken about when they were together is an easy guess.

At the moment, Shahid is said to be in a relationship with Priyanka Chopra. The two came together for the first time to work in Vishal Bhardwaj's Kaminay, and their real life chemistry was brilliant.

Who is Priyanka's mystery man?

She has been linked with three actors - Hurman S Baweja, Shahid Kapur and Hollywood star Gerard Butler of 300 fame - all within a span of one year, but the mystery behind Bollywood's svelte actress Priyanka Chopra's actual love interest continues.

The rumour mills started working overtime after Butler, whom she met at the launch of the Atlantis hotel in Dubai last year, was quoted as saying in a leading daily: "I don't mind getting married to an Indian girl. Too bad Priyanka already has a boyfriend".

Now, who that boyfriend is, remains to be known. Though rumours of a romantic liaison between Shahid and Priyanka have been in the grapevine lately after their joint appearance at filmmaker Tarun Mansukhani's birthday party in Mumbai last week, neither has confirmed the development.

The two will be seen together in Vishal Bharadwaj's Kaminey. "Priyanka has always maintained silence on her private affairs. Till date, she has never gone public about her personal life and she will continue to do so," said a source close to the actress.

Even when news of her affair with her Love Story 2050 co-star Hurman was doing the rounds, Priyanka remained politically correct. While Hurman was very vocal about their relationship as well as their break-up, the supermodel-turned-actress chose not to speak about it.

Now, the news about the friendship between Priyanka and Butler, who is currently in Jaipur, is raising eyebrows.

But the source clarifies: "He (Butler) is in Jaipur with four of his friends as part of an India tour.
"He came to Jaipur and knew that Priyanka was shooting and staying at Shiv Vilas for her film What's Your Rashee?. So he came to the sets to meet her as they are good friends and to see what an Indian film shoot looks like. He also met all important people on the sets and was also introduced to Ashutosh (Gowariker) and Hurman. Priyanka and him are just friends only," the source said.

Butler, who played the role of King Spartan in 300, has also been linked to former Friends star Jennifer Aniston, which he has denied.

The story of Abhishek Bachchan's life

The first film of Abhishek's career was J.P Dutta's Refugee in 2000. He was paired opposite Kareena Kapoor, who was also making her debut with this film. Refugee released the same day as Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai starring yet another new-comer - Hrithik Roshan. While Refugee bombed, Hrtihik's film became a superhit.

Abhishek's second film was Tera Jadoo Chal Gaya in 2000. The film was directed by A. Muthu and starred Kirti Reddy opposite Abhishek

Abhishek's third film in 2000 was Dhai Akshar Prem Ka, directed by Raj Kanwar. This was the first time Abhishek acted opposite Aishwarya Rai. At this time however, there was no romance between the two, as Abhishek was engaged to Karishma Kapoor and Ash was dating Salman Khan.

Abhishek did only one film in 2001, and this was Goldie Behl's Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai.

Abhishek was united with real-life fiancee Karishma Kapoor in the film Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya in 2002. The film also starred Akshay Kumar, and was directed by Dharmesh Darshan. This film too was a dud at the Box Office.

Abhishek's second film of 2002 was Om Jai Jagdish - his first multistarrer. It was directed by Anupam Kher and starred Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan and Urmila Matondkar.

Abhishek teamed up with Kareena once again for Sooraj Barjatya's Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon. This was also the film where Abhishek and Hrithik were brought together on screen. This was perhaps the last time Abhi worked with Kareena as his engagement to Karishma soon broke and the two clans became arch-enemies.

Director Apoorva Lakhia brought together Abhishek and Lara Dutta for Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost in 2003. Despite a hit item song, the film was not a major hit.

When he entered the film industry, Abhishek was engaged to Karishma Kapoor. While Karishma's sister Kareena was a more frequent leading lady for Abhishek (they also acted in Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon), the engaged couple did one movie together - Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya. The first major controversy in Abhishek's life came in 2002 when his engagement with Karishma broke. The media speculated a number of reasons, but nothing was really established. Different people quoted different reasons for the breakup. It lead to a complete war between the Bachchans and the Kapoors.
In 2004, Abhishek starred in Mani Ratnam's Yuva which not only received great critical appraisal, but also brought accolades Abhishek s way for his acting talent. This was also the year he acted in Dhoom which too was a major hit.
The biggest year of Abhishek's life, career-wise, was 2005. The first release of the year was Bunty Aur Babli opposite Rani Mukherjee, one of his most frequent leading ladies. While the two made no public statements, it is generally assumed that they were dating at this point. The other big hits of 2005 were Sarkar, Dus and Bluffmaster.
In 2006, Abhishek featured in Karan Johar's comeback film Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. His presence in the film established him as one of A-list actors of Bollywood as he starred alongside Big B, SRK, Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta. It is speculated that at this time he was dating model and upcoming actress Dipannita Sharma. According to sources Abhishek was still with Dipannita when he started working with Ash in Umrao Jaan and the two developed something more than a friendship.
Abhishek and Aishwarya fought rumours of a relationship and even speculations of a secret wedding for months before declaring their engagement. In February 2007, the two tied the knot.
The last film Abhishek did was Dostana opposite John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra. The film was a roaring success.

It's Priyanka vs Kareena again.

Now that Shyam Benegal has decided to revive his costliest project Chamki, a desi version of French musician Georges Bizet's 1875 opera Carmen, the question is who will play the title role of a free-spirited fiery-tempered gypsy in the movie?
According to sources, Priyanka Chopra more than Kareena Kapoor is the natural choice to play Chamki since the role requires a trained dancer. Priyanka said that she was open to the offer. "But I had read the script ages ago. The whole project now has to be evaluated afresh. And who wouldn't want to work with Shyam Benegal?"
Chamki has been pending for a while. Earlier, the project was with Sanjay Gupta. Now, Big Pictures is producing the film.
In the past too, both Priyanka and Kareena were approached for Chamki, but they opted out for various reasons. "Kareena was excited to begin with. She was supremely charged by the role. But then she opted out - as she often does from offbeat challenges like Deepa Mehta's Water and Rituparno Ghosh's Raincoat - pleading it was too early for her to attempt something so unconventional," said a source close to the project.
"Then came Priyanka, who was quite kicked about the part, but she and the film's then producer Sanjay Gupta had a fallout after Priyanka said no to his Musafir. The Chamki role then went to Urmila Matondkar, who had monetary issues with the producer."
With the film changing producers, it is understood that money is no longer an issue. While Priyanka is still interested in the project, Kareena's views were not yet known. "Kareena continues to have reservations about non-mainstream cinema. Barring Pritish Nandy Communications' Chameli, she has never returned to non-mainstream cinema," said the source.
Chamki, set in Rajasthan, is being re-designed as a big broad epic musical with choreography and lavish songs by Javed Akhtar and A R Rahman.
